About the role

The Operations Controller position is responsible for the 24/7 monitoring and control of all Linehaul activities, ensuring clear visibility and issue escalation to other functions across the Linehaul business. The scope includes fielding of all inbound operational communication, routing of calls, monitoring of all movements against plan, taking proactive countermeasures and reporting on execution.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and implement corrective action for operational disruption.
- Communicate issues encountered to appropriate levels
- Deliver operational excellence, to ensure results of an area are to be of a high standard
- Plan activities and coordinate with others autonomously to achieve results on a day-to-day basis and contribute to the business strategy
- Ensuring operations are conducted efficiently and safely in accordance with our safety requirement.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Driver License
