**About the Role**
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering customer service to account customers by operating as the key internal administrative contact. Support the Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Managers, customers and WWG team through actively assisting them in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.
**What you'll be doing**
**Client**
- Monitor client requests for online password resets/employee set ups
**Order and KPI management**
- Generate a daily backorder reports, providing analysis
- Support the team by actively managing KPI performance by highlighting and offering solutions where low stock levels or system
- Anticipating future stock issues and communicating to team
- Weekly review buy in requirements for BAU/REP orders and escalate where appropriate
- Daily review of what is open/allocated/pick for each client
**Customer service**
- Be the primary point of contact for customer service for order related issues.
- Ensure the CMF for each client is up to date
**E-commerce and order period setup**
- Support the team for customer indent ordering periods
- Create and manage Ecomm set up for indent order periods according to timeline milestones or manage BAU e-commerce maintenance
- Work with other departments across the business as required to identify issues and deliver results within the scheduled timeframe
- Review client orders at the close of each indent ordering period against forecast POs placed with the suppliers to identify exceptions.
**Customer range maintenance**
- If required, assist team with range plan creation, set up and registration of new styles including VA setup/maintenance
- Ensure styles are discontinued/placed on sell out in BOB as they exit the range
- Provide monthly reports for team on all outgoing styles, opening stock, sales, closing stock - units and $ value
**Reports**
- Produce accurate data to team to facilitate forecasting and increase visibility of sales
- Produce scheduled contracted reporting for clients that presents the months sales, KPI results and current stock holding for the client within contracted days
- Produce ad-hoc reporting
**What we're looking for**
Additional to being customer focused and a team player:
- Business Degree student (optional)
- Computer literacy (intermediate excel, intermediate word)
- Accurate Data Entry Skills (Alpha - Numeric)
- Strong Communication Skills
