**The opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team. The EA will provide administrative and executive support and assistance to the CEO and Indigital team.

**The role**
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders as well as coordinate projects and tasks as required.
- Show a high level of energy being the first point of contact for CEO enquiries.
- Respond and redirect correspondence to the right team members as appropriate for action.
- Work with the Storytelling Team to plan speaking opportunities for the CEO and SMT at conferences, events, calls and meetings, including the logístical arrangements for domestic and international requirements.
- Work with partner travel agent to coordinate team travel.
- Liaise with the offices of key external stakeholders to organise meetings, ensuring the appropriate people are involved, the internal pre-briefings are organised etc.
- Provide general administration support for Indigital team.
- Manage the Indigital global calendar of activities.
- Coordinate Indigital meetings and events.
- Coordinate Board meetings including preparing Board reports, agendas and meeting minutes.

- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong & articulate writing skills
- Excellent at anticipating needs, attention to detail, and meticulous about your managers’ calendars
- Strong ability to assess changing priorities, and adapt easily
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
**Additional requirements**
The EA must have, or can secure, a working with Children’s check in all states and territories. Indigital will cover all costs associated with securing working with children’s checks and accreditation.
