**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The ABM role is responsible for supporting the effective short and long term initiatives relating to Brand strategies. The ABM works closely with cross functional stakeholders in particular marketing, medical, sales, and is a key member of the broader marketing group.

The work carried out by the ABM is aligned to the Objectives and Key Results as set by the leaders of the business unit and will focus on priorities of the Business Unit. The ABM workflows may be tactical in nature and will contribute to the creation of digital and print marketing materials related to brand strategies.

**Primary Activities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Contributing to the sales and profitability of the portfolio through the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Supporting the management of the Brand at the different stages of the life cycle - from launch to loss of exclusivity.
- Management of costs within promotional budgets.
- Driving analyses and strategic planning to optimise the brand.
- Work with relevant sales teams to facilitate strong purposeful collaboration with marketing team.

**TASKS**
- Monitoring and analysing market trends and external competitors with stakeholders and contributing to data driven actions and strategy.
- Assist with the development and implementation of key strategic plans.
- Developing materials for the sales teams to support effective sales effort and educate sales representatives on company and competitor products.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver impactful initiatives that support patient, customer, and brand outcomes.
- Support with business strategy by identifying possible future risks and opportunities and ensure the business is delivering upon its growth targets.
- Assist with collaborating with local and regional stakeholders to shape the marketing strategy, policy direction and pricing strategy.
- Understands and applies regulatory/compliance requirements relative to the role.

- Collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a cross functional environment.
- Resilience and ability to excel in a fast paced and potentially ambiguous environment.
- Proficient with relevant platforms including Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva, Salesforce.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Commercial experience in a sales environment or other commercial setting.
- Knowledge of and ideally experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

**EDUCATION**
- Degree qualified Bachelor of Business/Marketing Management or related/other disciplines.
