**What you’ll do**
As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating the marketing activities and executions for brands in the respiratory portfolio (inhaled respiratory medications). In this role you will analyse market trends across all markets in this therapeutic area, be involved in strategic planning based on insights and trends to develop innovative solutions via all communication channels. Discovering and prioritising opportunities to deliver profitable growth is integral to the role.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the cross-functional team will:
- Collaborate across functional areas -organizing individuals, activities, communications and resources around a common goal and to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
- Define success metrics; monitor and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Prioritise customer needs; design and articulate the value proposition; design and launch services reflecting improvements in the customer journey
- Prepare and execute customer sequence activities and execute campaigns across channels
- Deploy and track the content calendar, measuring success and suggesting data-driven improvements to outperform peers
- Conduct robust budget planning and operational financial management
- Build cross-functional capability, leveraging differences and establishing collaborative networks to contribute to high-functioning, cohesive teams to deliver high quality outputs aligned to brand plan
**Essential for the role**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing role with strategy development, data analysis, market research and budgeting
- Experience designing and executing omnichannel campaigns
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of teams
- Ability to balance critical thinking with urgency to act
**Desirable for the role**
- MBA in relevant field
- Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience
- Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Australia
- Understanding of the Australian Healthcare environment
