Description:
FUJIFILM Australia is seeking a dynamic Brand, Digital Channel Marketing Manager to own the strategic brand direction and channel marketing plans across our innovative Photo, FujiVision, and Industrial Products categories. This role reports directly to the National Marketing Manager, yet will have the autonomy to drive these categories and deliver impactful brand storytelling and channel marketing excellence across retail, e-commerce, and experiential channels, driving commercial success in the fast-evolving photo printing and personalisation markets.
Key areas of responsibility include:

Lead brand strategy, positioning, and annual campaign calendars for Photo, FujiVision, and related product groups including Printing Hardware, QuickSnap, and Digital Signage.
•
Develop creative briefs and oversee all campaign storytelling, ensuring global alignment while tailoring for the Australian market.
•
Drive channel marketing strategy across retail, e-commerce, and event activations, collaborating with sales to develop retailer-specific campaigns.
•
Approve and manage all brand assets including in-store POS, retail catalogues, digital shelf content, and e-commerce product pages to ensure brand consistency and conversion-driving messaging.
•
Represent the brand at events and activations, as a key ambassador.
•
Translate consumer insights and campaign analytics into actionable marketing recommendations, piloting test-and-learn initiatives for continuous growth.
•
Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships internally with sales, product, and operations teams and externally with retailers, agencies, and cultural partners.
•
Maintain a rolling 12-month marketing plan and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Skills and Experiences:

5+ years proven experience in brand and/or digital marketing, with a strong focus on channel marketing across retail and e-commerce.
•
Experience with consumer lifestyle or technology brands is highly preferred.
•
Demonstrated ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns using owned, earned, and paid media.
•
Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product teams, and external partners.
•
Proficient with performance marketing and digital reporting tools.
•
Strong stakeholder relationship skills with confidence
•
Degree qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•
Personal qualities include creativity, adaptability, excellent communication, strong project management, and the ability to work well under pressure.
