If so, we’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead our internal strategy and delivery in Australia - partnering with legal teams, business services, and global colleagues to bring our people and purpose closer together.
In this vital role at Australia’s largest global law firm and working in our high-performing and supportive communications team.

- Use analytics to guide and continuously improve impact.
- Collaborate across internal and external communications teams, locally and globally.
- Play a key role in local and global incident management and response.
**What**you’ll** bring**:
- 6+ years in internal communications.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Brilliant writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An eagerness to try things differently and an attitude that sees barriers as a pivot not a stop.
- Leadership experience (preferrable) and a mentoring mentality.
- Confidence providing trusted advice to senior leaders.
- Ability to juggle several priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with AI and modern comms tools.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- A caring, collaborative spirit and a sense of fun.

Guided by leading communications practice; our Australian team includes a mix of internal and external communication professionals located in Sydney and Melbourne.
We’re part of a wider communications team that spans the world and believe deeply in having the firm’s, and each other’s, back. We are most proud of our team’s reputation for positivity, proactivity, and genuine support for our colleagues.

- We make your personal and professional growth our business. And as part of the team, our ambition is yours too. Wherever you are in your career: grow and help the firm grow with you.
- We will provide opportunities to learn on the job as well as a mix of learning opportunities tailored to you. Daily experiences, supportive challenges, team collaboration, mentors, and structured learning opportunities help you to expand your knowledge and reach your goals.
