As the Manager, Internal Communications, you will set the strategic direction of internal communications across the Bureau to drive employee engagement and connection with the Bureau's strategy. This includes setting the tone, content priorities and rhythm of the Bureau's internal broadcast channels, championing the employee experience and fostering effective leadership communication and two-way engagement.

You will demonstrate a proven ability to engage broadly to solve problems, and develop effective communication strategies that are underpinned by clear logic, considered thinking and a solid evidence base.

Working across the Communications Program, you and your team will develop and deliver communications strategies to support enterprise-wide projects, corporate policies, leadership, and cultural activities.
