- We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Primary Care team based in beautiful Gisborne.
- As the Clinical Manager of the Macedon Ranges Health Centre, you will provide leadership in Clinical governance at an organisational level; Management of service development in a way which is inclusive of the organisational goals and the broader community; Day to day management of the Health Centre within a framework of strong financial and human resource management;

**Your day to day activities include**:

- Lead the Primary Care team which includes allied health clinicians, the social support program, the service access team and various health promotion activities to deliver excellent customer service to the Macedon Ranges community
- Oversee, develop and implement clinical risk initiatives in line with Benetas Clinical Governance Framework
- Ensure clinical teams meet their key performance indicators
- Support the delivery of holistic approach to goal directed care planning
- Actively promote and grow Allied Health Plus brand and services

**To thrive in the role you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications as an Allied health Professional.
- Possess valid and current AHPRA registration
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Management (or working towards) is highly desirable
- Significant experience in community health services or health management at a senior level
- Experience in project management and ability to deliver projects in time
- Financial literacy and able to manage budgets successfully
- Exceptional leadership and management skills with a commitment to drive a high performance culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience in active listening, business development and consulting
- Experience in providing consulting, coaching or training and policy development in the area of culturally inclusive practices
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Ability to collaborate and network in complex partnership arrangements
- Excellent planning, reporting and time management skills
