Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations their 60-bed modern Agred Care residence located in Hawthorn East.

Work alongside a professional and driven management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your clinical knowledge and expertise as a Clinical Care Manager of a Regional Aged Care residence.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 60-bed Aged Care facility in Hawthorn East
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
