How you will make an impact

The Customer Engagement Manager (Clinical) will perform a key role within the Information Technology team at Cabrini Health. The role is primarily responsible for engagement and relationship development between IT and clinical service units. In this role, you will proactively support and contribute to the overall technology strategy and the planning and delivery of strategic objectives within Cabrini.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the end-to-end delivery of projects in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders- Developing, analysing and quantifying the scope and deliverables for business projects and strategic initiatives- Identifying strategic projects and assessment of total cost ownership (TCO)- Developing robust business cases- Working closely with stakeholders, including third parties to gather and define business/user requirements- Promoting strategic prioritisation, data driven decisions and ownership in the delivery of business strategy- Contributing to the ongoing implementation of the prioritisation framework including relevant record keeping and maintenance of the associated project directory- Meeting regularly with your customers, understanding their business strategy and needs. Share technology strategies and roadmaps and technology risks so that they can understand business impacts

About you

The successful applicant will be adept at providing outstanding customer service and act on issues effectively and efficiently. You will also have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field- Professional certifications in a relevant field- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment including and understanding of clinical workflows, ICT systems and healthcare trends- Substantial experience building relationships with key business partners- Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations including at the executive level- Leadership capability with the ability to lead a diverse range of resources to deliver value outcomes effectively- Strong problem solving skills to analyse issues and seek information including engagement with key stakeholders to obtain diverse perspectives to obtain best outcomes- Understanding of current technology directions within the business context (e.g. cloud-first)
