**Position Description**
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical data management and reporting for the Clinical Governance Risk and Innovation team as well as providing administrative support to the CGRI team. The role will support all legislative compliance and quality improvement projects in the reporting and evaluation of
metrics. The role is to enhance systems that support the provision of safe, effective, accountable, and person-centered care.
The secondary purpose is to provide expertise and support to the CGRI team in the design and collection of various types of clinical and operational of data sets and systems and routine maintenance of centralized reporting registers and key performance workbooks.
**Qualifications / Experience / Skills Required / Personal Attributes**
**Essential**
- Clinical Data management and analysis experience as well as well-developed administration and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills to generate project plans, track deliverables and provide reports
- Experience in defining, building and modifying PowerBI reports and dashboards
- Ability to display initiative and work independently as required
- Plan, work and manage time without direct supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to customer focus
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of online meeting technology (e.g.: teleconference, videoconference and online meeting information).
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue, in collaboration with peers and colleague’s new ideas/opportunities for service improvement and development
- Enthusiasm and commitment; practicality and common sense
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and manage conflicting demands and priorities
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to work as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Demonstrated ability to promote and comply with OH&S in the workplace
- Current police and NDIS workers screen check, in accordance with Aged Care Act and company policy.
**Desirable**
- Experience in communicating with senior staff in government departments and other organisations.
- Experience in a health or aged care service environment.
- Experience with extraction and submission of clinical data and mandatory clinical indicators in health or aged care settings.
- Experience with building audit tools
