This is a great time to join our flourishing company.**The Role**: Reporting to the Branch Manager at our Geelong Branch, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Accounts Manager with experience to meet our customers day-to-day service expectations as well as performing as part of the team. You will be passionate about building strong, customer-focused relationships that keeps raising the standards in delivering excellent customer service.**Duties include**:

- Manage day-to-day requirements of key accounts.
- Updating customers with daily lead times. Ensuring deadlines are fulfilled.
- Build a strong relationship with key suppliers.
- Protect the interests of the company with thorough management and understanding of the project being quoted.
- Promote add on sales.
- Quote follow up. Daily/weekly.
- Maintain good communication with contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of expedited projects, proper communication of issues and documentation of the entire project process.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative and other tasks involved within the project coordinators scope.
- Collate all project information: schedules, and maintenance manuals upon request.
- Manage and update, in conjunction with Branch Manager, CRM customer accounts & contacts with current information.

**Essential skills**:

- Previous Commercial or industrial experience is advantageous
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
