About the role

This is a fast-paced, human-focused role where every day is different. As an Account Manager in our Schools Division based in Geelong, you'll take care of both clients and educators, making sure the right person is in the right classroom at the right time.

You'll manage a warm desk covering the Geelong and surrounding region supporting a range of schools with their casual staffing needs and working closely with a pool of dedicated educators. You'll build strong relationships, respond quickly to daily bookings, and make sure the detail behind the scenes is always accurate and up to date.

You'll:

• Partner with school leaders and educators to understand needs and provide timely support
• Coordinate rosters and manage bookings (lots of moving parts)
• Maintain clean data for accurate reporting and compliance
• Visit schools to build trust and deepen connections
• Collaborate with a genuinely supportive team who have your back

• Full working rights in Australia
• A valid driver's licence

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early mornings and late finishes as required)
