We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us on our McConnell Dowell RPO.

McConnell Dowell are an exciting, innovative business that specialises in infrastructure projects across building, civil, electrical, fabrication, marine, mechanical, pipelines, rail, tunnel and under ground construction.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage recruitment with sourcing support for all white-collar roles with the WA / SA Region. With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you will front-face our recruitment solution, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top talent to the business, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions and projects.

**About you**
- Demonstrate strong capability when partnering with stakeholders, take initiative and have a strong consultative nature
- Be resilient, and be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities

As part of the wider Korn Ferry RPO team you will have access to learning and development support. This role will offer hybrid working arrangements with time spent onsite with the client and working from home.
