- Excellent opportunity to join WIB’s Digital team.

**How will I help?**

WIB has an ambitious relationship-managed strategy, combining high-quality people with best-in-class digital & data solutions. Our investment in WIB’s digital capability, especially the new Westpac One platform, will allow us to deliver a market leading digital experience and transaction banking capability and will play a crucial role in alleviating many of our clients’ pain points.

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of “Horizon One” of the new Westpac One platform. This will comprise several releases between now and the end of calendar year 2025. This role will report to the Program Director and will have regular interaction with senior stakeholders in both WIB and the rest of the Group. - Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with services and/or delivery in the project. This includes challenging and influencing stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of project deliverables and benefits. Raise risks at WIB and/or WBC group level when required.
- Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders, particularly the service delivery teams who will be responsible for the technology services after project completion, and key business stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the project.

**What’s in it for me?**

And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.
