**The Position**

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will collaborate with key stakeholders to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent, enabling United for Care to fulfil its strategic objectives.

This role is responsible for implementing a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen our employment brand as ‘a great place to work’.

The role is yours to own and take the lead to:

- Manage the full end to end recruitment process focusing on a values based approach.
- Provide support and coaching to hiring managers to ensure process to fill roles is undertaken within agreed times.
- Contribute to the development of the EVP strategy working closely with our marketing team to build a strong employer brand as a “great place to work”.
- Report and delivery insights on key recruitment statistic and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**About You**

You will thrive and succeed in our team you will bring:

- 5+ years experience in an end to end internal recruitment role including high volume recruitment experience
- Must have experience and a passion for working in the disability, social services or health services sector
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related field highly desirable
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines
- An understanding of behavioural interviewing principles
- Exposure to workforce planning
- Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills
