With passion and precision at the heart of everything we do, this role is responsible for partnering and coaching leaders across the Alquemie Group business to work towards our best practice standards.

Reporting to the Group General Manager of People & Culture, this role will collaborate with leadership teams and wider P&C team to support business and people to deliver people outcomes.

**What is the role?**

This is a true generalist business partnering role that has an exciting mix of BAU and project-based work. Alquemie Group is growing rapidly and as the P&C team, we are responsible for ensuring our people, our teams and our processes are ready to allow us to scale, while also ensuring our people are engaged, supported, and growing in their roles.
- Day to day caseload management including investigations, performance management, misconduct, mental health and preventative consultations etc. to give staff a voice and ensure the right steps take place in a fair, lawful, reasonable way
- Inspiring our people - coaching and influencing our managers wherever possible. Challenging to make them better leaders
- Drive culture of learning and building capability with key initiatives to uplift understanding of HR best practices across Head Office, DC teams & Retail,
- Partnering with Head of Talent to build best practice succession modelling and practices to bring it to life including clear skills matrix and way to track ‘on the bench’ talent
- Owning several key projects that drive business outcomes - through people outcomes. Eg D&I, Succession planning, Internship programs, compensation & benefits, and plenty more

**Who are you?**
- You'll bring a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Business Partner or 3+ years as HR Advisor
- You will be a well versed all areas on Australian Employment Law and ability to interpret modern awards
- You are a natural leader, someone who is able to influence, negotiate and educate all levels of stakeholders
- You’re able to jump between BAU and projects and manage your time effectively
- You collaborate and bring people on the journey
- Most of all, you LOVE what you do and bring energy and passion to your work
