Alexandria / Full-Time or Part-Time**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Provide consultative, strategic guidance to senior management on organisational and talent opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance with the support of external advisers.
- Conduct regular, proactive meetings with employees, managers and leaders to develop, assess, and anticipate People-related needs.
- Oversee the optimised utilisation of the HRIS to maintain the employee database and effectively communicate updates and internal processes.
- Lead the recruitment funnel to ensure the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned to core company values that promote effective communication channels to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead the management and implementation of annual performance feedback processes.
- Develop and update HR policies to align with evolving legal standards and industry best practices and ensure relevant updates and training is passed on.
- Lead by example in the demonstration of company values, and execute positive cultural behaviours and activities across the company.

**Desired Experience**:

- 3 years experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar experience involving the driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Possess core HR skills, including leadership, development, succession planning, remuneration, performance, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills across verbal, written and other with ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of business, particularly in a retail or similar industry desired.
- Understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations, with experience in managing HR operations and compliance is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS is desirable. (Employment Hero desirable however others are beneficial)
