We’re on the lookout for an **Automotive Acquisition Representative** who’s ready to bring their passion for cars and sales to the table. You’ll play a pivotal role in our Buying team, managing a busy pipeline of interested sellers and turning those leads into successful purchases.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Dive into the details—ask the right questions about each car and keep our CRM (we use HubSpot) updated with precision.
- Use your negotiation skills to communicate pricing confidently, always keeping the customer’s best interests in mind.
- Stay on top of your pipeline, revisiting leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Team up with the Buying team to facilitate seamless on-site and off-site inspections.
- Spot opportunities to upsell and recommend inventory to potential customers during interactions.

**Okay, let's talk about you**:

- You’ve got at least 12 months of automotive sales experience or 12 months of sales experience paired with a solid understanding of cars.
- You’re naturally competitive and love smashing KPIs and targets.
- Negotiation is your superpower, and you always keep the customer at the heart of every interaction.
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems? That’s you
- You’re flexible and open to working shifts outside regular business hours, including some weekends.
