**THE CLIENT**
Our client is a retail and consumer brand investment and growth private equity organisation who partner with various brands to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders. Based in Alexandria, you will work within a close small-knit team to provide support across all HR facets.

**THE ROLE**
As an influential and high calibre business partner you will be responsible for driving change and influencing key stakeholders on all people matters. With a main focus on operational HR you will partner with teams, leaders and staff to build knowledge on best practise and also support the wider team in driving key strategic projects by bringing your experience and wealth of knowledge to the table. You will focus on areas such as skills and leadership capabilities, compliance frameworks and development/succession planning.

**THE CANDIDATE**
This role is suited for an ambitious HR business partners who is energetic, resilient and thrives in fast paced environments. You must have solid experience performing in a HRBP capacity and possess the ability to influence stakeholders. We are seeking someone who can think outside of the box and finds satisfaction in honestly getting to the root of an issue.
