**About the role**

They are actively seeking a Junior Submissions Coordinator to join the existing team in their Sydney Headquarters. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the coordination and management of Design & Construction submissions for commercial interior fitouts, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards possible and in a timely manner.

**Duties**
- Create submissions, EOI’s and capability statements.
- Update, develop and manage content, core templates, standard written information and all other required content including photos and CV’s.
- Arrange photography of completed projects and new team members.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency with all material issues from the Submissions team.

**Skills & experience**
- Experience in preparing submissions and EOI’s, preferably for commercial interior design.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat); and Microsoft Office.
- Strong writing and communication skills (written & verbal) to ensure key deliverables for each project are met.
- The ability to work across multiple submissions, having strong organisational and time management skills.
