Supporting our NSW Construction team, we have a unique opportunity for a Submissions Assistant to contribute to writing submissions and help with designing and preparing content, graphics and layouts for submissions and promotional materials.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

- Work closely with the Submissions Manager and the New Business Team in the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, presentations, and events.
- Assist in the development, design and preparation of submissions, tenders and proposals in line with BESIX Watpac brand and design requirements.
- Proof checking of all copy detail and proof print material.
- Assist with the Company branding including promotional items, client gifting, and project site branding, liaising withe external suppliers as required.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team and National Marketing Manager in the preparation and coordination of events in NSW.

**Qualifications**
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

- Degree in a Writing/Design/Graphics related discipline or relevant experience
- Experience in a submissions or proposals based role.
- Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
