The COX Sydney Studio is currently searching for a talented Submissions Coordinator. Working closely with the Directors and Senior Management, the role encompasses tender submissions, capability documents, sector brochures, marketing material and awards entries.

COX Architecture is a multidisciplinary Australian practice which integrates architecture, planning, urban design, and interior design.

We are unusual for a large multi-studio practice in that we work to a defined design ethos in all studios. This ethos is based upon principles of structure, craft, art and nature. The COX Sydney Studio is currently searching for a talented Submissions Coordinator. Working closely with the Directors and Senior Management, the role encompasses tender submissions, capability documents, sector brochures, marketing material and awards entries.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Assist Submissions Manager with the smooth and timely delivery of competitive tenders / proposals in response to government and private tender requests for architectural, planning, urban design, interior design, signage and wayfinding projects.
- Be adept at understanding tender requirements and deadlines.
- Possess excellent communication and liaison skills with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Be a team-oriented worker who works well with others.
- Must be able to work under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Requires ability to efficiently work backwards from a deadline and ensure final production/delivery time.
- Must have a keen interest and ability in drafting and proofing text to create and maintain COX collateral.
- Must maintain quality control in production, typography + proof reading.
- Willingly assist other COX studios with sharing of information.

**Essential Criteria**
- 5+ years industry experience required.
- Writing and editing skills.
- A sound understanding of the technical requirements for print and digital output.
- Be adept at understanding tender requirements and deadlines.
- Possess excellent communication and liaison skills with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Must be able to work under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Suite.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Skills in photography, video editing and or animation
- Experience working within the architectural sector
- Degree in Communications or equivalent
- Digital marketing experience
