Business is booming which in turn has created a rare opportunity for a **Unit Manager **in **Lisarow, NSW**. In this role you will showcase your talents in the management of Hotel Services. Family friendly environment. Come and be a part of this supportive, creative environment.

**A bit about you**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Desirably have previous experience in a similar role or as a Hotel Services Manager and have the drive to take the next step in your career.
- Be a strong leader and decision maker.
- A good understanding of HACCP and safe food handling experience
- Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team
- Attention to detail and great time management is a must
- Have Intermediate computer literacy

**Key Duties include**
- Oversee in unit budgets and confidently report on P&L
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and impact on the environment is mínimal
- Maintain current food and labour controls in line with onsite budgets.
- Deliver service that comes from the heart and is served with a smile
- Work in close partnership with our client to provide hands on leadership.
