An exciting opportunity to provide clinical and operational leadership to the nursing staff working across the Hospital in the Home service, Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).

The Nursing Unit Manager role is responsible for the coordination of patient services, service management and nursing staff management across the Hospital in the Home service. The Nursing Unit Manager is pivotal to the overall responsibility for the health care environment, standard of patient care, providing positive patient experiences and outcomes. As a clinical leader, the Nursing Unit Manager provides leadership to the profession of nursing maintaining an accountability for culture, quality and safety, patient flow, financial management, change management and resource allocation and utilisation.

**About You**
- You have current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- You possess recent clinical experience within the Local Health Distrcit and a commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
- You have demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and sound written verbal and interpersonal skills.

You will be working across the District within the Central Coast Health At Home, Hospital In The Home team.
