The role of Personal Assistant to the Unit Manager is responsible for ensuring the Unit Manager has all the relevant information and documentation required to make well prepared and informed decisions.

Your days will see you researching, collating and the coordination of reports, correspondence and presentation materials. You will also be working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, maintaining and building these relationships.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

**Key activities of this role include**:

- Researching, collating and summarising information, preparing a range of documentation and coordinating responses for the Unit Manager and wider team;
- Providing quality and efficient administrative services; exercising discretion, judgement, initiative and confidentiality to support the Unit Manager;
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate good working relationships.

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $66.5k to $76.5k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 10.5% superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role** **with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
