Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) Level 1 to join the Palliative Care Unit at Gosford Hospital. This Full-Time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families receiving specialist palliative care and end of life care. As the NUM, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients.

**About You**
- You have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- **Experienced Leader**: You bring a strong background in clinical leadership, particularly in acute care settings, and are adept at managing diverse teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- **Innovative and Collaborative**: You foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice, leveraging patient and carer feedback to enhance care delivery while promoting teamwork and shared vision among staff.
- **Compassionate and Resilient**: You possess exceptional empathy and compassion, providing emotional support to patients and their families, while demonstrating resilience in facing the challenges and demands of palliative care.
