About the Opportunity

As the Nursing Unit Manager, you will be the clinical and operational leader at the heart of patient services. This is your chance to guide a dedicated team, influence the standard of care, and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, and patient experience. You will -

About You

Registered with AHPRA as a Division 1 Nurse, with recent clinical experience in your specialty.

Proven leader with the ability to manage and support clinical teams effectively.

Committed to patient-centred care, quality improvement, and clinical governance.

Skilled in budget management and resource monitoring to support high-quality care.

Strong communicator, computer literate, and aligned with the Trusted Care. Better health for everyone vision.
