**A great opportunity exists in our Engineering team for a Project Administrator & Office Support. The position will provide secretarial and various office administration support tasks, including the operation of the internal WorkflowMax, Xero management systems and general running of the office.**:
**You will be responsible for**:
- General Office Duties
- Specialised Project Administration Support
- Client and Authority Communication
- Provide dedicated support to Company Directors and other Senior staff when required
**You will report to the Senior Project Manager and the Directors of the consultancy.**:
**This is a part time role of approximately 20-25 hours per week over 4 days. There is flexibility to starting and finishing times.**:
**Key Requirements**:
**To succeed in this position you will have the following**:
- Competence in using the Microsoft Office Suite of software packages
- Proficient in typing
- Demonstrated effective communication, project management, time management, organisational and office management skills.
- Ability to embrace, accommodate and assist in implementing changes within the office
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- High level interpersonal skills and initiative.
**Remuneration package will be negotiated based on skills and experience.**:
