**About the role**
**Real Estate agencies manage a vast amount of transactions and trust accounts on a daily basis. In this
role you’ll be taking care of those transactions by ensuring trust accounting, accounts payable and
accounts receivable are reliably maintained. As our Accounts & Staff Services Manager, you’ll also be
responsible for payroll inclusive of setting up new staff from contracts, letter of offer through to being
paid.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Management of Accounts
- Payroll
- HR Administration
- Sales & Rental Trust
- Financial Reporting
- Special Projects

**Skills and experience**
- Administrative qualification/Financial qualification is desirable.
- Experience in managing accounts and payroll would be essential.
- Experience in using XERO or similar software is desirable.
- Previous experience in quarterly BAS would be desirable.
- Skills and experience in trust accounting would be essential.
