We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of large and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Head Contracts, providing advice to management upon execution.
  • Procure, execute, and close out subcontracts.
  • Identify, price, and negotiate contract variations.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, NODs, EOTs, and RFIs.
  • Prepare completion and handover documentation for clients.
  • Seek efficiencies and streamline processes to support project success.
About You
  • Tertiary or trade qualified.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on large-scale projects or managing multiple concurrent jobs.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Project, and Excel.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Able to provide both client and colleague references.
