We are looking for a
**Global Sales Training Manager with a passion for learning and development.** You will supporting the Sales Learning and Development Team and be responsible for ensuring that partner sales managers and sales trainers are well equipped, to train and onboard their sales team.

**As the business grows and expands globally,** the role of the
**Global**
**Sales Training Manager** will work side by side with the sales business units across the globe to drive performance. This role will have high visibility with senior sales leaders in Australia, driving training, consulting, coaching and strategic projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Call Coaching and Quality Assurance**: Business reviews and management of quality assurance processes (coaching, training and certifications)
- **Facilitation Training and Observation**: stakeholder consultation to identify performance gaps, design learning interventions, delivery of training content and being responsible for providing constructive feedback
- **New Hire Training and Observation**: Develop and refine the onboarding process to ensure maximum efficiency
- **Content Creation**: Review of all training material and develop basic training materials to bridge identified and agreed learning gaps
- **BAU**: Global stakeholder management, weekly meetings with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors and leading 1-1 meetings with Sales Leaders

**To be considered for this position you will have**:

- **3+ years experience within Sales Learning and Development**:

- Experience in Tech, Banking or Finance - FinTech experience is preferred
- Previous experience in **Learning and Development/Training Facilitation on a strategic level**:

- Demonstrated capability to impact and effect people at multiple levels throughout the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
