About the role

In this hands-on role, you'll:

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of the product roadmap, ensuring product enhancements, promotions, and pricing initiatives land effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on annual planning, campaign strategy, and messaging to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of competitive analysis, customer insights, and value proposition development to guide product strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor product performance, governance, and compliance, incorporating learnings into future projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are operationally feasible and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven product management experience in a complex, customer-focused environment (ideally B2C, digital, or e-commerce).
  • Strong experience with promotions, pricing, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • The ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into strategy.
  • Confidence in influencing and challenging stakeholders while maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and the drive to deliver tangible outcomes across roadmap initiatives.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a changing environment while managing BAU priorities.
