Project Coordinator
to play a pivotal role in supporting the NSW Construction team through efficient administration, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, the role ensures timely and accurate coordination to drive successful project outcomes.

As a Project Coordinator NSW with Energy Bay Developments you will:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of multi-site construction projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and safety standards are met.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Provide Ticket of work systems (Procore) support to the field-based staff and construction partners.
- Prepare and present project reports, tracking progress and identifying risks or delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration with the Site Manager through regular team meetings to review project progress, address emerging issues, and monitor cost performance.
- Coordinate closely with field-based teams to manage change requests, traffic permits, project start dates, and material deliveries, while proactively resolving site-specific design and construction challenges.
You Will Be Successful In The Role If You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or Officer role within construction or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive accountability.
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling and reporting systems (e.g., MS Project, Power BI or similar).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Suitable for individuals with a background in engineering or construction management, looking to advance into project leadership roles.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments, with a proven ability to respond swiftly and effectively to urgent project demands.
- Proficient in project management and field coordination platforms, including tools such as Procore, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across teams and sites.
- A good understanding of electrical, solar and battery construction practices is strongly desired
- Strong communication skills and a high standard of written communication
- Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
