**Facilities Manager - Concord Oval**
- Full Time - 12 month Fixed Term Position, 35 hours per week
- Participation in 9-day fortnight Scheme.
- $104,749.58 to $120,462.02

The Buildings & Property is a pivotal division to Council and is responsible for the management of an asset portfolio composed of 194 diverse built properties, one of which is the new Concord Oval.

The City of Canada Bay’s beloved Concord Oval has undergone a recent transformation which will deliver a range of community services including a new indoor recreation centre, open spaces for passive recreation, rooms for community use, new match day facilities for local sporting clubs and a new training facility and head office for the Wests Tigers.

With the transformation almost at an end, we are seeking a Facilities Manager to organise, control and coordinate the operational management of this new facility. You will manage reactive, planned & programmed facilities management services whilst also developing and implement a maintenance and operations plan for the Concord Oval precinct.

As the Facilities Manager - Concord Oval, your primary purpose is to:

- Provide a high quality and efficient facilities management service which includes but is not limited to, Plumbing, Electricals, Security etc
- Keep the facility safe for staff, tenants and the public.
- Maintain working relationships with all tenants within the facility and be a point of contact for operational and maintenance challenges within the facility.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and users to provide the required level of service, balanced by budget, need and asset management.

It is essential that you collaborate with relevant staff to develop programs and levels of service for scheduled operations and maintenance and manage risk to Council and users through regular building inspections for quality/condition/compliance, review compliance requirements, complete statutory certifications and works, WHS, risk assessments, develop & review SWMS and operating procedures.
