We have an opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee our NSW Communities Marketing Team and help drive national brand and CX initiatives. Based in Sydney, with a requirement to visit projects also, this is a permanent role within our team.
You will be responsible for leading the marketing team to drive the performance of the NSW Communities portfolio, including the launch of new communities, product to market and supporting our existing trading Communities. Specifically, you will focus on leading a team to develop marketing plans and implementation of strategies to drive customer excellence, business commercial targets and best in class placemaking outcomes and marketing campaigns. Nationally, you will also be involved in developing, initiating, and executing our national strategic direction for Lendlease Living.
Lastly as a member of our National Marketing Leadership team, you will also help to drive culture and performance of the overall function and help create a cohesive and engaged team culture.
To be successful, you’ll have an impressive history managing successful residential projects on time and on budget, coupled with a passion for team, customer, place and digital. You’ll bring experience developing, planning and delivering business-unit level marketing strategies. In addition, a successful history of leading a team.
