ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of trade and retail initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, while ensuring adherence to 2San Global Brand Standards.

As a brand champion, you will ensure consistency of 2San branding and messaging in region. Supporting global sales enablement, you will develop sales tools, manage campaigns and execute strategic programs through pharmacy and retail channels.

You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams supporting projects and programs with wholesalers, banner groups and within emerging distribution channels to execute high-impact campaigns, in-store activations, and promotions; capture analytics and provide actionable insight recommendations for program improvements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade & Wholesaler Marketing

- Coordinate monthly deals, banners, EDMs, and campaign calendars
- Utilizing existing branded assets, create sell sheets, FAQs, training materials, and product launch content in support of specific program activations
- Support sales teams with compelling tools to drive in-store execution

Retail & Campaign Management

- Deliver seasonal and yearly campaigns with strong messaging and visual assets
- Manage consumer facing marketing materials: POS, website banners, catalogues, and social content
- Align promotions with marketing plans across banners

Brand Partnerships & Above-the-Line

- Support ATL activities as directed: shopping centres, radio, billboards, digital
- In collaboration with Global Marketing, align and organise events and sponsorships including conferences and TV campaigns
- Coordinate brand ambassadors, charities, and strategic partners
- Utilizing sales inputs, market data and competitive analysis, develop customer-facing presentations; create internal reporting and presentations as required

In-Store Execution & Training

- Partnering with Sales team, coordinate roll out of planograms, POS, shelf callouts, FSDUs, counter units, and pricing strips
- Partnering with Brand Manager, develop on-brand customer facing brochures, FAQ sheets, and training videos for store staff

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in FMCG or pharmacy channels
- Experience working within a regulated product environment
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing programs with channels or partners
- Forward-thinking, recognizes opportunities and implements improvements whenever possible
- Ability to travel and attend key meetings as required (ex. Customer meeting or Trade Event)
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal, ability to create content as needed from presentations and sales materials to driving on-brand consumer messaging
- This position is office based, and this individual will be expected to work in office
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired but not Required

- BA/BS Sales or Marketing
- Experience with medical device products
- Experience working with global team members
- Previous experience with task management software platforms and syndicated data
- Previous experience partnering with external stakeholders on activations

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Technical Expertise

- A minimum of 4 years post qualified experience in marketing, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.

Special Aptitudes

- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
- Experience within a fast-paced and high energy environment
- An aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives
- Experience troubleshooting problems and providing recommendations on overcoming challenges
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Excellent judgment is essential.
