**Regional Marketing Manager**:

This **Regional Marketing Manager** will be passionate about creating and delivering innovative marketing strategies to drive measurable business growth across key consumer and business metrics. By designing impactful marketing initiatives, you will support our vast broker network to build strong local connections to our brands and our award-winning services.
You will work with brokers and regional sales teams to understand regional broker network requirements, build and execute effective marketing plans across all our marketing channels including activations, sponsorships, paid, owned and earned channels. To do this, you will work with the broader marketing team and agencies including Broker Marketing Services, Brand, Content, Social, Creative, Digital and PR.

- Represent Broker Marketing Services as the key SME for your region / network.
- Work with Brokers and Regional sales teams to create marketing plans to support the delivery of performance targets and objectives.
- Own, drive, and manage regional budget, marketing campaigns & programs in your region, ensuring decisions are based on calculated ROI.
- Create demand generation programs which target new and existing customers.
- Maintain regular interaction with brokers, sales, and marketing teams, to build, communicate, and continually optimise marketing programs.
- Activities may include local ATL campaigns, activations, webinars, digital advertising, social media, PR, collateral creation, engagement with local customers, sponsorships, etc.
- Deliver strong campaign ROI and support new lead capture and other key internal metrics.
- Report on marketing activities, help establish and track measurable response rates and ROI for all programs.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, third party vendors and agencies where necessary.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or higher is desirable
- Advanced project management abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills to assist with the stakeholder management
- Commercially minded with a focus on measuring and reporting on marketing performance outcomes
- Ability to adapt and work independently, and comfortable with a busy and ever-changing environment
**Experience that will help you succeed in this role**
- Proven experience in developing consumer marketing strategies anbd managing marketing budgets
- Prior background in B2B2C or experience with franchise business model
