**Your new role**
The purpose of this position is to drive engagement with the company’s customer base focusing on Architects, Designers and End Users, turning customers into brand adorers. This role will create effective strategies that will promote long-term growth by developing and implementing customer centric marketing initiatives and campaigns; planning events, meetings, workshops and conferences / trade shows, managing the factory tours schedule and content, creating and executing the social media strategy, utilising internal groups for research, maintaining the central material repository (Creative Bank) and promotional materials inventory; maintaining databases; ad preparing reports for Marketing meetings.
- Own the local social media strategy for A&D, and sustainability
- Manage the ‘Social and Engagement Champions’ group
- Work closely with the Design Studio to create compelling design lead campaigns and content
- Ensure that all internal and external communications are in line with current brand standards for all Interface brands.
- Deliver sustainability messaging (global and regional content) to educate and inform.
- Work closely with external creative agency to execute campaigns and activities
- Own the local social media strategy for A&D, and sustainability
- Aligns A&D and End User campaigns across segmentation strategies in line with the AOP
- In collaboration with the Marketing and Sales team, develop customer centric marketing programs and experiences, that represent the brand, are unique, focused and deliver against the Annual Operating Plan.
- Planning and execution of all customer events and experiences, including conferences, across Interface for AU and NZ.
- Planning and delivering communications focusing on A&D and End Users across multiple platforms such as print, social, digital for AU and NZ.
- Integration and roll-out of key messages and campaigns developed by our Global and local teams.
- Work closely with the Sustainability Manager and Marketing Team to execute an impactful communications plan in line with AOP
- Plans and organises messaging across multiple platforms: digital, social, promotional presentations, industry events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists and updating databases and calendars.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications - Marketing, Communications or a related Business degree.
- Experience working in either a B2B or B2C environment with successful track record.
- Experience in the development and implementation of customer-centric initiatives that drive deep engagement including event management.
- Digitally knowledge across all digital and social channels.
- Proven cross functional collaborator with strong relationship / stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Project Management, Reporting Results, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning and Budget Skills.
- Well-organised, detail oriented with good communication and writing skills.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
- Ideally you have a genuine interest in A&D, and sustainability.
