**Your new role**
As the Marketing Manager - Campaigns, you will design and champion growth strategy across all channels. You will lead marketing campaigns efforts to their 110k+ member base as well as identifying and acquiring new members for the company. You will drive customer acquisition, retention and growth across the entire customer lifecycle using omnichannel marketing strategies and creative approaches. You care deeply about the customer experience and are passionate about building on strong community responsibilities. Leveraging data and insights, you will build scalable marketing programs that engage potential new customers, identify at-risk customers and grow programs through continued innovation and optimisation.
- Manage the Marketing campaigns team and lead by example
- Use data-led decision-making to evolve automation, personalisation and segmentation strategy to increase conversions
- Report on marketing ROI and activity and make recommendations for future initiatives
- Work closely with the digital team to plan, execute and optimise the online experience from acquisition to conversion and beyond
- Collaborate with and manage brand and digital marketing agencies
- Manage all major offline initiatives including events, sponsorships and brand activations
- Champion creative thinking inside and outside the organisation.
- Partner with Member Services, Product, and Data teams to execute and optimise a multi-channel, multi-touch, engagement program across the customer lifecycle
- Build strategies for customer acquisition and retention campaigns that target key areas of growth and attrition
- Build and optimise marketing processes, including customer segmentation, campaign execution, workflow development, reporting, and performance optimisation.
- Marketing strategy development and execution
- Campaign analytics and reporting
- Multiple agency management experience and execution of deliverables across creative to paid media
- Martech experience, including CRM and marketing automation, customer insight and personalisation tools
- Strong data analytics to uncover insights and optimise marketing effectiveness
- Budget management
- Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to build relationships across the organisation
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 5 years’ experience in B2C growth marketing either brand side or agency
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multichannel multi-agency paid media campaigns to drive growth
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, digital media preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferred (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare)
- People management preferred
- Ability to brief and provide key objectives for various third party agencies (including creative, media and research)
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive & optimise decision-making for database segmentation and website performance
- Experience executing multichannel paid media campaigns
- Experience using paid search channels (SEM), budget management and optimisation
- Team player that’s happy to roll up their sleeves and support the wider team
