Working exclusively with BYD we have a unique opportunity for a fulltime, selling,
**Sales Manager** to lead the team in our brand new BYD location in Osborne Park. The BYD sales structure is unlike anything of the past. Not only is the product a reflection of the future, but the sales structure itself sets its people up for success. We have transformed the vehicle purchasing experience, by creating an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping adventure. With our custom built, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative new concept, we are now seeking like-minded partners and professionals to join us in promoting the BYD brand.

Reporting directly to the
**Dealer Principal**, you will be known for delivering the ultimate guest experience, developing innovative ways of driving business results, and will personally lead and inspire and assist a high performing and engaged sales team.

- Develop your team to create unforgettable and unique experiences for our customers
- Build positive relationships with customers and attract future customers
- Ensuring a seamless sales process, inclusive of finance and car care opportunities
- Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs
- Presenting yourself and the business professionally

**What the successful applicant will possess**:

- Must have interest and passion in the EV space
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Automotive Sales or Dealer Licence
- Experience as a Sales Manager in an Automotive Dealership is advantageous
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
