**Osborne Park Jeep, the #1 Jeep Dealer in Perth with aspirations to be #1 in the country this year are seeking a New Vehicle Manager. This role is extremely hands on and you will play an active part in the whole sales process.**

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance
- The ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Current motor vehicle drivers’ licence
- Current Yard Managers licence or the ability to complete immediately.
- ERA Power, Auto Engage experience would be advantageous.

**About you**:
The internal belief that you will be the driving force to ensure we are the #1 dealer for Jeep Australia across its broad range of KPI’s and satisfy all the compliance requirements of representing our OEM partner and Eagers Automotive Australia.

Experience in the role with proven results is desirable, however if you have a proven long term consistent record as an assistant new car manager or sales consultant, we will also encourage you to apply.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience in an Automotive Sales Management role (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in new vehicle sales
- Willingness to maintain superior knowledge of applicable brands and products
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and performing in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid/ be willing to obtain a Yard Manager’s Licence
- Manual Drivers Licence
