**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Showroom/Sales Manager** to lead our Perth team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing showroom operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, providing expert advice to customers while mentoring and motivating your team to achieve success.

**Key Responsibilities**

✔ Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
✔ Drive sales growth by engaging with customers and understanding their outdoor living needs
✔ Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed targets
✔ Oversee inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation to align with brand standards
✔ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
✔ Coordinate with Management on stock movements, promotions, and business development opportunities
✔ Process transactions, quotes, and follow-ups efficiently

**About You**
- Proven experience in retail or showroom management (furniture, homewares, or luxury goods preferred)
- Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- A passion for design and helping customers create their dream outdoor space
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends (as part of a rotating roster)
