Osborne Autos has an extremely rare and exciting opportunity for a New Isuzu Sales Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. Osborne Autos is a top 10 national dealer in both Isuzu. we are part of Regent Motors Group, a longstanding, privately owned automotive business. We employ over 800 personnel across 14 sites .

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Have previous automotive management experience.
  • An ability to manage and develop people in a sales team through one-on-one coaching and training.
  • Work with our manufacturer partners to achieve our joint goals.
  • A passion and clear understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional customer focus coupled with a strategic sales approach.
  • Knowledge of dealer management systems such as ERA.
  • Highly organised with great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Current yard managers license.

Your daily activities would likely consist of:

  • Managing customer enquiries and ensuring your team is following up all opportunities.
  • Ensuring there is a solid marketing plan.
  • Making sure the department is on track to meet business and manufacturer targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships.
