Do you excel at providing outstanding customer service? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love working in a relaxing, spa-like environment? Join our team as a **Front Desk Receptionist** and be the first point of contact for our valued clients

**About the Role**: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for all guests. You’ll manage bookings, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations of the spa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage the scheduling system and ensure treatments run on time
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle other administrative tasks
- Assist clients with inquiries about services, treatments, and products
- Provide detailed information about our services, including body treatments, foot spa treatments, personalized massage therapy, and hydrotherapy/steam treatments
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and a calming atmosphere
- Support therapists with room preparation and client coordination when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa, salon, or wellness setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems, including booking and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping others
