About Us:

V Hotel Spa is located inside the Savoy Hotel in Melbourne's CBD. We provide premium massage and spa treatments in a calm, luxurious environment. Our team takes pride in delivering professional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing experience.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client bookings, welcoming guests, handling payments, and supporting therapists to maintain a smooth daily flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs professionally
  • Manage phone, email, and online bookings
  • Handle payments and client information forms
  • Assist with coordination between reception and therapists
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

  • Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confident using booking systems and computers
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays on rotation
  • RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
