**Responsibilities**:

- ** Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- ** Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle enquiries from clients and provide accurate information.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar Customer Service front-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
