We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing strategies, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HY International Trading’s products across different supermarkets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target customer segments.
- Manage social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, promotions, and customer messaging.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, partners, and supermarket buyers.
- Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotions to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
- Create and manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative marketing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the grocery wholesale market and consumer behaviour trends is a plus.
