We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and help expand our market presence. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, developing strategies for new product research, positioning, and promotions, and helping drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to expand brand reach and drive product awareness among targeted clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, client needs, and competitor activities, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Strategize and manage product positioning to enhance market visibility, competitiveness, and differentiation.
- Identify potential business opportunities to support growth objectives and increase market share, including entering new markets or expanding existing channels.
- Support the business development team with tailored promotional materials, sales presentations, and targeted campaigns designed to attract clients.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, track spending, and ensure efficient use of resources to optimize return on investment.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and wholesale clients, including attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product development team to align marketing initiatives with business goals, focusing on enhancing the distribution model.
- Develop sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions to clients.
- Coordinate product launch including internal communication and developing marketing collateral to ensure successful introductions of new products.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust marketing strategies and stay ahead of market developments.
- Drive customer segmentation initiatives to ensure that marketing efforts are tailored to the specific needs and preferences of different wholesale client groups.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including marketing agencies, designers, and content creators, to ensure the high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and business development.
- Proven experience in market research, positioning, and product promotion.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
